Returns
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and hygienic liners must be intact
Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No problem.
We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll help you arrange a refund or store credit instead.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Starting a return or exchange is simple:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll take care of the rest.
Refunds
After your return is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible—no hassle.
